Tetramethylammonium hydroxide Application:
In organic silicon, tetramethylammonium hydroxide is used as catalyst for dimethyl silicone oil, amino silicone oil, phenylmethyl silicone oil, silicone diffusion pump oil, solvent-free silicone moulding plastics, silicone resin, silicone rubber, etc.
In analysis, tetramethylammonium hydroxide is used as polarographic reagent;
As ashless base in product purification. It is used to precipitate many metal elements.  It is often used as brightener, cleaner and touching agent in the production of silicon wafer.
In the printing of circuit boards and the manufacture of microscopic sheets, it can be used as a cleaning agent for integrated circuit boards and an anisotropic corrosive agent for Si-SiO2 interface in semiconductor microfabrication technology.
