The technical scheme is as follows: Using monosaccharide hydrolysate as starting material, high content of levulinic acid is obtained by column chromatography, atmospheric concentration and vacuum rectification; The whole separation process is as follows: 1) The weak basic anion exchange resin is loaded into the column by wet method and pre-treated for reserve use; The monosaccharide hydrolysate was passed through the chromatographic column at a flow rate of 0.5 ~ 3.0 times the bed volume/hour and a temperature of 20 ~ 40ChemicalbookºC. 2) Flush the chromatographic column with deionized water to wash the neutral impurities in the monosaccharide hydrolysate at a flow rate of 0.5 ~ 3.0 times the bed volume/hour at a temperature of 20 ~ 40ºC : 3) The levulin adsorbed on the resin was acid-washed off with 0.1 ~ 1.0mol/l eluent, the flow rate was 0.3 ~ 2.0 times the bed volume/hour, and the temperature was 20 ~ 40ºC; The eluent was collected separately, the flow fraction of pure levulinic acid was combined, the concentration at atmospheric pressure and rectification at 0.01 ~ 0.05MPa were used to obtain high levulinic acid content.
